Beluga is the epitome of the classic motor yacht. Her traditional lines give her stunning good looks, and yet she has been fitted with the best of modern equipment and convenience, including fin keels for additional stability and passenger comfort - perfect as a Galápagos cruise yacht. With a maximum of 16 guests at any one time, you are assured of the highest levels of service and attention, as her experienced crew look after your every need. As befits a vessel that takes you through a protected national park that's home to unique wildlife, Beluga has been awarded with the coveted SmartPlanet certification in recognition of her sustainable operations.
Beluga features delightful accommodation spread over lower or upper decks. The lower deck cabins are suitable for those who want to enjoy a Galápagos cruise but who are prone to motion sickness. Thanks to their lower position the movement of the yacht is less noticeable, but to ensure they remain light and airy they feature traditional portholes to let in the equatorial sun. Upper cabins have panoramic windows offering a unique dual aspect view over the sea and the islands, making you feel more connected to nature on your Galápagos cruise.
One cabin has the ability to accommodate three, thanks to an upper bunk. This is perfect for family travel to the Galápagos, but because of this it can book up quickly. Contact one of our experts now to check on the availability of Cabin 1 for your chosen dates for a family Galápagos cruise.
Cabins feature twin or double beds, and are decorated in bright neutral colors, as well as traditional wood fittings throughout. All feature private bathrooms, air conditioning, and ample storage space. Luxurious linens and designer eco-friendly toiletries are just some of the special touches you will enjoy on a Beluga cruise.
Beluga offers all the features that you would expect from a premium first class yacht, and more. For your comfort, all the communal areas are fully air-conditioned, and the salon and dining room enjoy amazing views thanks to panoramic windows. Beautiful wood fixtures and fittings are set off with light neutral decor that gives the space a relaxed and airy feel. The salon features a flat screen TV and DVD player, and is also the place where your expert naturalist guide will brief you every day on your Galápagos cruise.
The well-stocked bar features a wonderful communal couch for relaxing with your like-minded fellow guests. The dining area features one large communal table where you can enjoy superb local and international dishes and delightful wines while you swap stories about your Galápagos adventures so far.
Outside, Beluga enjoys a large sundeck that's perfect for relaxing, sightseeing or sunbathing. Featuring both open and shaded areas, the sundeck runs the whole length of the ship's superstructure, meaning there's plenty of space to find your own peaceful corner and watch the islands drift by.
Beluga's operators have designed her Galápagos cruise itineraries in order to be able to offer you the option of four day, six day or eight day cruises. These each visit different sites that are unique, rich and varied. They give you the opportunity to have a truly intimate Galápagos experience thanks to the small number of guests on each trip.
If you are looking for the ultimate experience, Beluga's itineraries can be combined into one amazing 15 day Galápagos adventure cruise that will give you a flavor of the whole archipelago.
The Beluga is a lovely traditional motor yacht with a really superb crew - we have never heard anything but high praise for their service and superb attitude. There are lots of thoughtful touches about Beluga, including a reusable water bottle in your welcome pack, free snorkel gear, and even some walking poles for guests to use over the lava fields. When you combine all this with the wonderful sundeck and the lovely traditional decor you can see why a Beluga Galápagos cruise always gets rave reviews.

Nourriture & Boissons : Beluga
The food on our Galapágos Cruises is among the very best you will find in South America. Most of the on-board chefs are internationally trained and have prior experience working in the best hotels and restaurants in Ecuador and indeed around the world.
You can expect a first-class selection of food, including a good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, locally sourced poultry and fish/seafood, rice and pasta dishes. Most boats will always include some typical Ecuadorian dishes on the menu during your cruise. If you have specific dietary requirements then these can usually be accommodated by the chef providing you have given advance notice. Please make sure you tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements you have at the time you book with us. If you leave it until you arrive at the dockside, then it may well be impossible to accommodate your needs.
Most boats serve a range of options at meal times in a relaxed buffet-style. At the first class and luxury end of the market, some boats have more formal dining where you will be served at your seat. However the atmosphere is always relaxed on board our cruises, and never stuffy or formal.
Témoignages à propos : Beluga
It was wonderful We took the SE itinerary including Genovesa in July, and it was wonderful. The yacht is beautiful; sleek and fast with lovely wood in the public areas, and the crew is outstanding. We used the flippers and wetsuits provided by the ship, but we had snorkel masks made to our eyeglasses prescription. We may well never use them again, since we've only been snorkeling a few times in our lives, but it is absolutely worth the price even if you use them only for your Galapagos trip. The Galapagos is the single most expensive holiday we've ever taken, but it is worth every penny. And that goes especially for the Beluga. Feedback from: https://goo.gl/E93tNs

We were pleasantly surprised We just spent a week on the Beluga visiting the Tower itinerary (Genovesa, Espanola, Sombrero Chino and Santiago are not to be missed) and we were very pleasantly surprised and pleased by the whole experience. We are not the type to go on cruises and have rarely travelled as part of an organized group, but that is really the only way you can see the Galapagos. Juan Tapia, our naturalist guide, was amazing and we learned so much from him. He speaks excellent English, is very experienced and knowledgeable about the islands (an expert birder on our trip confirmed that he made not one mistake in his identifications), and has an enthusiastic, but low key personality that is perfect for his line of work. In fact, the whole crew was lovely and worked with professionalism and pride to make our time in the Galapagos enjoyable. The Beluga is not a luxury ship, but the boat is extremely clean and comfortable, including the cabins and bathrooms (great porthole in our shower so you can bathe and look out at the sea), and the open deck was a lovely place to relax as we travelled from island to island. The food was prepared with care and was quite hearty, at times even excellent, though of course no one goes to the Galapagos for the cuisine. I would definitely recommend the Beluga if your focus is on experiencing nature without leaving all of the creature comforts of home. Feedback from: https://goo.gl/E93tNs

Beluga Review My wife Sally and I did the Western itinerary from the 1st to the 7th May. I wont go into much detail about the wildlife as its covered very well in this forum but its safe to say it was everything and more than we had hoped for. The Beluga carries 16 people in 8 cabins. Everyone on our trip seemed pleased with their cabin. The toilet and shower were large enough and there was shower gel and shampoo in dispensers that were regularly refilled. Breakfast was 7 o'clock every morning and we were on our first trip of the day at 8. It generally lasted a couple of hours and we then went snorkeling for an hour before lunch was served at 12. We had a couple of hours to relax before we went on our next trip or snorkel which generally took us up till 6ish. Afft every excursion we returned to fruit juice and nibbles. Dinner was served at 7 and we normally had the briefing about our plans for the next day just before or after dinner. The food was always delicious with fruit, cereal, eggs, cheeses and toast for breakfast. Lunch was soup followed by a course of fish or meat with vegetables, salad and a dessert. The evening meal was as filling as the lunch and no one had a bad word to say about anything we were served. All juices, water, tea coffee were included. The crew were absolutely first class in everything they did. They were very professional in the way they went about their jobs and were always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had the best opportunity to see the best of the wildlife. We read a lot of reviews on a lot of boats but could not have been happier with our choice. Everyone of our group said they would use the Beluga again and if we are fortunate to return to do the eastern itinerary this would be the first boat we would look at. It was as close to perfect as it possibly could be. It also helped having a great group and this comes from having only 16 people to share our experience with and i would recommend trying a smaller boat. We saw a couple of the larger ships and im not sure you can get the same feeling as you get with a small boat. Feedback from: https://goo.gl/E93tNs
