Only when booking your Galápagos Cruise with us, you have the option to chose between two different fare types: CLASSIC or FLEXI. The latter will give you added flexibility to rebook your tour or even get a refund, should you cancel shortly before the tour.

Unlike when booking with other agencies (actually, even with most operators directly!) our bookings are fully protected. As a German operator, we must adhere to the strictest policies and all our customers' bookings are fully protected against insolvency.
