Spectacular suites Silver Origin features suite-only accommodation throughout. As well as huge picture windows, you'll have your own private veranda from where you can soak up the sights and sounds of the Galápagos and its wildlife.
Every suite comes with a butler service - and with 24 hour room service and in-suite dining options, your every need will be completely catered for.
When you're spending your day discovering the unique wildlife and habitats of the Galápagos you will need a good night's sleep. That's why every Silver Origin suite also has a pillow menu for ultimate comfort.
Of course your accommodation is fully climate controlled, with a beautiful en suite bathroom, luxurious linens and toiletries, and complimentary expedition gear to help you get the most from the islands.
Unique communal spaces With plenty of space available, there are a host of different communal areas for you to enjoy.
Basecamp is a fantastic "knowledge lounge" and the perfect place to gather before embarking on your zodiac trip to the next landing site. Featuring a wealth of reference material and an interactive wall, it's the ideal way to learn more about what you are about to see.
The Explorer lounge offers both indoor and outdoor relaxed seating. A carefully curated library and floor-to-ceiling windows make this an ideal place to watch the Galápagos go by while you enjoy a cocktail. In the evenings, a live pianist will entertain you.
Silver Origin has a beautiful observation lounge in the forward part of ship, above the bridge, offering unparalleled views in luxurious comfort, while sun worshippers can stretch out on the sun deck, which has both open and shaded areas, as well as a whirlpool.
Truly all-inclusive Dining options on board are extensive, authentic, and delicious. There are a choice of two full-service restaurants, and chefs will prepare the most delicious Ecuadorian and international dishes to suit all palates. All dietary requirements can be catered for. Of course, if you prefer to dine in your suite, your butler will arrange this for you.
Everything is included in your fare, including a large range of wines, spirits, cocktails and more. You can enjoy drinks in the Explorer Lounge, on the sundeck, in the Observation lounge, or on your private veranda, all delivered with exquisite service.
Amazing animal encounters Silver Origin boasts the highest number of zodiacs and guides per guest in the Galápagos fleet. This means that you won't be waiting long at the stern marina for your ride to shore, and you will explore the archipelago in small, intimate groups.
With a choice of two 7-day itineraries, featuring the best visitor sites in the islands, you'll enjoy a remarkable introduction to the wonderful creatures that inhabit these unique islands.

Food & Drinks on board the Silver Origin
The food on our Galapágos Cruises is among the very best you will find in South America. Most of the on-board chefs are internationally trained and have prior experience working in the best hotels and restaurants in Ecuador and indeed around the world.
You can expect a first-class selection of food, including a good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, locally sourced poultry and fish/seafood, rice and pasta dishes. Most boats will always include some typical Ecuadorian dishes on the menu during your cruise. If you have specific dietary requirements then these can usually be accommodated by the chef providing you have given advance notice. Please make sure you tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements you have at the time you book with us. If you leave it until you arrive at the dockside, then it may well be impossible to accommodate your needs.
Most boats serve a range of options at meal times in a relaxed buffet-style. At the first class and luxury end of the market, some boats have more formal dining where you will be served at your seat. However the atmosphere is always relaxed on board our cruises, and never stuffy or formal.
Sustainable Tourism
At Galapatours we love and respect the pristine ecosystems and fascinating wildlife of the Galápagos Islands, and we insist that our cruise partners do too. To protect the archipelago all our cruise vessels must have sophisticated water filtration systems, modern efficient engines, and strict maintenance schedules to minimize pollution.
The Galápagos National Park authority also defines exact cruising routes that dictate which ships can visit highlights at specific times, as well as limiting passenger numbers. These measures ensure that animals and habitats are not disturbed by too many visitors.
Our commitment extends beyond the mandatory environmental standards for cruise vessels in the region: A portion of your trip price now contributes to our Conservation Project. This initiative empowers local communities to protect their territory, engage in reforestation, and prepare for long-term environmental stewardship. This way, your trip contributes to environmental protection and truly shows how travel can be a force for good! And you can also play your part by traveling responsibly and following our Eco Guidelines during your stay.
